Service Description

WOOOOHOOOO!!! A fun way to work on cardio and strength training by adding some weights and resistance to our postures. We will follow this by a wonderful stretch and a relaxing savasana. Also includes lots of laughs!! Remember to bring some water! ***Please note classes are as follows March 7,14,21,28 & April 11,18*** Saturdays
