Service Description

A fun way to start your Saturdays! We work on cardio and strength training by adding some weights and resistance to our postures. We will follow this by a wonderful stretch and a relaxing savasana. Remember to bring some water! ****Please note dates: March 9,16,23 & April 6,13,20***
