Service Description

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am A fun way to start your Saturdays! We work on cardio and strength training by adding some weights and resistance to our postures. We will follow this by a wonderful stretch and a relaxing savasana. Remember to bring some water! ****Please note dates: Saturdays Jan 11,18,25 & Feb 1,8,15***
